Client
Retains ordinary control.
Retains ordinary control of digital assets during life, unless the legal structure itself requires a different arrangement.
Approach
Pullariani acts as the technical-estate implementation layer behind digital asset succession, incapacity, and probate-sensitive matters — translating legal instructions into a documented, non-custodial execution path.
Designed for private-client law firms, family offices, fiduciary advisers, and related professionals handling digital asset succession matters.
Overview
An operational overview — not a technical manual.
This page outlines the typical structure of an engagement, from initial scoping to ongoing continuity support. Exact workflows vary by matter complexity, jurisdiction, and governance requirements.
Matter Lifecycle
Step One
We review the intended legal structure, the likely succession path, the asset footprint, and the operational risks that would exist if death, incapacity, or key loss occurred. At this stage, the matter is assessed as standard or bespoke.
Step Two
Pullariani maps the signer structure, role separation, recovery path, and continuity assumptions required for the matter. The goal is to ensure that the legal instrument is matched by a technically executable control structure.
Step Three
Pullariani leads the technical onboarding process, including wallet policy implementation guidance, hardware coordination, testing, and verification. The law firm remains the lead adviser throughout.
Step Four
The matter file is supplemented with structured technical materials designed to sit alongside the legal documents, including the Probate-Ready Technical Inventory, executor-facing guidance, and continuity materials where required.
Step Five
Where appropriate, Pullariani remains available for annual review, amendment work, migrations, and live support during death, incapacity, or other material execution events.
The Technical Layer
A
We design the non-custodial technical layer, including access logic, recovery assumptions, and continuity planning.
B
We convert legal intent into a practical execution path that can be followed by executors and advisers who are not expected to be crypto native.
C
We produce matter-specific technical materials intended to support storage, review, and eventual execution.
D
Where needed, we guide authorised parties through the documented technical path during real-world events.
Role Separation
Client
Retains ordinary control of digital assets during life, unless the legal structure itself requires a different arrangement.
Law Firm
Keeps legal authority, drafting control, fiduciary judgment, and the client relationship.
Pullariani
Handles the technical-estate implementation layer and does not take custody of client assets or replace legal advice.
Matter Complexity
Usually Standard
Usually Bespoke
Rationale
Digital asset estate planning fails when legal authority is documented but technical execution is left undefined. Pullariani’s role is to prevent that gap from being discovered only at the point of death, incapacity, or crisis.
The objective is not to complicate a matter, but to ensure that the legal plan is backed by a technical path that can actually be followed.
Infrastructure & Hardware
Selected infrastructure and hardware used in non-custodial digital-asset estate and continuity workflows.
Wallet Infrastructure
Pullariani uses Liana in selected Bitcoin inheritance and continuity workflows where appropriate for the client structure.
Liana can support non-custodial wallet architecture, recovery planning, and long-term Bitcoin custody workflows without requiring Pullariani to take custody of client assets.
Hardware Wallet Option
Pullariani Digital Estate uses BitBox02 hardware wallets in selected non-custodial multisig and digital-asset continuity workflows.
BitBox02 may be used as one hardware wallet option for client or signer keys, depending on the structure, risk profile, and technical requirements of the matter.
Infrastructure and hardware are used only where appropriate for the client structure. Pullariani does not provide custody, legal advice, tax advice, investment advice, or discretionary asset management.
